Jopizale Ltd will provide the service to the customer for the period that is paid for in advance. If this is not possible a refund for the remaining period of service may be given. This excludes terminations of account as outlined by the rest of our terms and conditions.
Jopizale Ltd reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by Jopizale Ltd staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the Jopizale Ltd services.
Jopizale Ltd take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers' accounts. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities we will suspend service on accounts until any illegal data is removed.
Jopizale Ltd is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of Jopizale Ltd services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on Jopizale Ltd abilities to serve its customers.
Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive, materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of Jopizale Ltd servers to serve other users' web presence, materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not Jopizale Ltd.
The customer will fully indemnify Jopizale Ltd against liability (of any nature), which may befall Jopizale Ltd as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.
Any accounts that cause Jopizale Ltd servers to be attacked in any way will be suspended, pending a review of the account.
Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account may or will be closed immediately if you are found to be doing so
Any accounts that exceed the agreed bandwidth limit will be suspended pending review.
Jopizale Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at anytime and without notice.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Jopizale Ltd.
